Why some states are different
Lending rules vary by state, and a few states have rules that limit what kinds of business-purpose loans we can make or how we can make them. Rather than guess, we ask investors with property in those states to reach out first. You'll get a straight answer about what's possible before you spend time on an application.
A program being available in your state doesn't mean every deal there fits. Terms, leverage, and availability can still depend on the property and the market. See our loan programs for the standards that apply everywhere.
Based in Minnesota
Our office is in Owatonna, Minnesota. In Minnesota, as in Oregon, Idaho, and Utah, we work on commercial and 5+ unit multifamily only. See small multifamily and 5+ unit loans.
